What is Cardiac Arrest ?

                       Cardiac Arrest :

Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart's electrical system malfunctions, stopping its ability to pump blood effectively.

 Causes :

• Arrhythmias like ventricular fibrillation.
• Heart attack or structural abnormalities.

 Symptoms :

• Sudden collapse.
  
• No pulse or breathing.

 Emergency Response :

• Call emergency services immediately.
• Start CPR and use an AED (if available).

 Prevention :

• Control risk factors : high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes.
• Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.
